Staying Connected

In light of all that is going on right now, here are some ways we can all contribute to keep our families and communities safe and mindful about getting through this pandemic together.

• Stay vigilant. We all know the best ways to combat the spread of the virus is by washing your hands and imposing a self-isolation, especially if you feel ill.

• Stay positive. Even in times of anxiety, it’s important to use positive thoughts. Genuinely ask how your family, friends, and colleagues are doing. Show that you care. 

• Get creative. Get creative in how you interact with people. Use collaboration tools to your fullest ability. Let people see you on video.
