We had the honor of capturing the beautiful wedding of Mr. Rush and Ms. Strawbridge at the historic Oakland Mansion in Columbia. The day was filled with joy, love, and incredible details that made the celebration truly unforgettable.

The Venue: Oakland Mansion

Nestled in the heart of Columbia, Oakland Mansion provided a stunning backdrop for the couple's special day. The mansion’s elegant architecture and lush gardens set the stage for a wedding that was both timeless and enchanting. Every corner of this historic venue offered picturesque views, perfect for capturing the magic of the day.

The Details

From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted with exquisite details that reflected the couple’s unique style and personality. The ceremony space was adorned with beautiful floral arrangements in shades of blush, green, and ivory, creating a romantic and sophisticated atmosphere. 

The reception was equally stunning, featuring tablescapes with gold accents, beautiful floral arrangements, and personalized place settings. Each table adorned a photo of the couple’s journey together, adding a personal touch to the décor. The wedding cake, a masterpiece of culinary art, was adorned with intricate flowers and pearl beading detailings.

The Ceremony

The ceremony took place in the mansion’s charming garden, surrounded by towering trees and blooming flowers. As Ms. Strawbridge walked down the aisle, escorted by her father, there wasn't a dry eye in sight. The couple exchanged heartfelt vows under the beautifully decorated arch, with the setting sun casting a golden glow over the scene. It was a moment filled with love and emotion, perfectly captured in our photographs.

The Reception
