"IN THE BOX" MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
PORTRAIT SESSION: Our "In the Box" Christmas Mini-Sessions are on sale for $200.00 plus applicable tax. Returning clients are able to take advantage of our special pricing. Ask about our special offer. We appreciate your business. Client is guaranteed up to 30 minutes of shooting time. It is suggested that clients arrive 5-10 minutes before your session in order to start promptly. There are no conditions for clothing changes however, they do take away from your scheduled 30-minute time slot. All sessions will occur at Max & Maggie's Play Studio in Greenbelt, Maryland. Clients participating will receive 1 composite image, 9 digital images, an online gallery, and print release. All images have light editing i.e. white balance and color correcting. There will be no retouching done to images i.e. remove acne, scars, background change. Client may purchase retouching for an additional investment. Clients can also purchase additional digital images or prints for an additional investment. All sessions require a $25 deposit to lock in date and time. Time slots cannot be reserved without payment of the deposit.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
WEATHER: All sessions scheduled for Max and Maggie's Studio. In the event of severe weather, sessions will be rescheduled by the photographer.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to the short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. If you would like longer sessions, some clients schedule consecutive sessions. The maximum amount of consecutive sessions is 2.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Max and Maggie's Play Studio. Print release is given to clients for personal usage only.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client will obtain their 10 digital images in 7 days in a downloaded online gallery. Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, not commercial use. Client cannot sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. Max and Maggie's Play Studio does give print releases to clients so they may print their digital images at a printing laboratory for personal use.
LOCATIONS: Indoor studio sessions will occur at Max & Maggie's Play Closet and Studio located at 111 Centerway, Second Floor, Suite A, Greenbelt, MD 20770.
PARKING: There is FREE parking at the studio. Max & Maggie's Play Studio has 2 sets of parking. On the front of the location, there is 30-minute parking. In the back of the studio, there are unlimited time parking spaces.
SOCIAL MEDIA: Max and Maggie's Play Studio may use images captured during client sessions on their website, blog, or social media outlets. Client consents to images being used on social media outlets, website, blogs, and/or internet marketing.
